Hi I'm Tobi, I'm a Brit of Nigerian origin who loves all things French. My food is influenced by bold flavours and I'm developing something of a sweet tooth. During the day I'm a Compliance Manager but all the rest of the time I love to jump in the kitchen and rustle up dishes with the ingredients available to me.
